Hey guys, i'm looking to possibly acquire an S351R and would like to get yalls advise on what to look for, such as:
- how to tell an original R?
- what documentation (owners manual, window sticker, etc) exists for these cars that I should try to get?
- where are good places to look for them?
- places to avoid?
- are there any accurate pricing guidance for them?
- mechanical weaknesses to look for?
- are the 351s hydraulic roller cam motors?

And of course, any other advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Joe

I would've added this to the post above but can't find the edit button :(

How about the best year to buy (interested in the 94 - 98 body style only)?
Obviously 94 was the first year, which may have more collectibility, but did they have problems that didn't get sorted out until later years.
Like, I understand that the heads got changed from Edelbrock to Trick Flow later on. Were there problems with the Edelbrocks?
