Looking to buy leftover 07

Hey guys, I am in the market for a S/C new leftover 07. Looks like I can pick one up for $47000.00 The MSRP is $58000.
Only has tow package and chrome rims. Does this sound like a good deal?
It is really hard trying to find one in New England.
This particular one is RED located at Sarat Ford in Agawam, Ma.
This dealer is doing a great job of giving me B.S. on my trader already! So I am willing to branch out to all of New3 England for the right deal. I really want the supercharged model, but for the right price I may consider a N/A model.
Any pointers would be helpful. Not much info on these trucks on the web.
