i was just wondering if anyone knows if the internals vary on the supercharged and non-supercharged s351's? do they both have 8.8:1 compression? also does anyone know how much boost they make stock?

If no one posts, I'll be back... later with The Saleen Book (http://www.bradbowling.com/) by Brad Bowling.

Also, maybe talk to forum member TPSMak, I believe some of his peers own a nice percentage of the S351 production run. Then too, I might be confused.

Also keep in mind the NA 1994-1996 S351s pack a nice punch... and the motors don't go "boom."

It was during the 1995 production year that a specific 351 assembly was introduced for the Supercharged cars.

It appears for 1994-95 that the 351s are Lightning short block based with stock pistons, crank, and a Saleen cam.

I’m becoming more familiar with a late '95 version... and it looks like they could be a little different.

If you pick the car up, purchase a copy of The Saleen Book from either Bowling or the Saleen Locating Service (http://www.saleenls.com).

YUP.. we have 3 S351R's with the TPS Stable :)

Unfortunately the original S351Rs had stock Lightining short blocks :(

NONE of the engines in the S351Rs are stock
