One source is Streetwise: http://www.streetwiseparts.com/oscommerce/index.php?cPath=22

Or Porterfield (http://www.porterfield-brakes.com/), but you'll probably want to call or write to get a quote.

If they are 13 inch Alcons, don't be surprised by the price

When I called streetwise they said they didn't have them for 94-95 S351's. They have them for 96 up. The early Alcons had a different offset and needed a different rotor. You would have to check your rotors maybe you would luck out and have a later set.

Baer sells a kit for cheaper that includes a bumpsteer kit....then when you do the rotors again they are less than 1/2 the price of Alcons. Does this kit fit the 94-95's??? I dunno? I called Baer and they didn't know the 94-95's had a different caliper and rotors.
