I understand that the S331 comes with racecraft front springs and racecraft struts. However, I am on a quest to drop the s331 a tad lower. Not slammed, just a hair lower...maybe a 1/2 or 2/3 drop.

I am sure that I can lower the rear with some simple lowering shackles. The front, however, I am not so sure about. Does anyone know if there is a spring isolator that I can remove. Many times, that will give a 1" drop. If not, does anyone know how much the racecraft spring actually lowers the truck? If I know that, I will know what other spring I can buy to drop it lower.

IIRC, the S331 sits an inch higher than a stock F150 due to the 23" wheels, even with the racecraft suspension.

Thanks.

Are you sure about the ride height.....? Even with the 23" wheels the tire profile is 40 and the overall tire / wheel height should be very close to the stock package. My clone S331 is a 4x4, with the lowering kit installed and the 23" wheels it's much lower than stock.

When I was researching these trucks before I bought them, I read that in an online magazine article. I will be darned if I can find the article again though.
