brisk plugs

what # brisk plug do you use w/the aftermarket stage 1 kits 3vr17ys or 3vr14? what is equal to the hto plug ,17 or 14 ? after reading the reviews on brisk and autolite plugs it has me worried on witch one to use. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Autolite plug is a 2-piece plug and the Brisk plug is suppose to be a one piece design. Suppose to withstand high boost levels better then the Autolites. This is how Mike Troyer explained it to me.
