WTB: 85 odds and ends.....

I know this is a longshot, but I'm getting as many parts together before I tear the whole car down for a buildup.

Looking for 1 Hayashi center cap and a pair of rear spats for my 85-090.

I bought the car about six months ago from the original owner. The car has been off the road since 97 due to a very minor carb fire. The fire didn't even burn the underhood insulation. The only damage was to the choke wire.

The spat are going to be VERY hard to find, Mike Lawrence or Stu Ackers might be able to help with the cap. I will PM you Mikes contact info, he had a bunch of 85 parts.

Spats are off '84-86 SVOs, right?

No, they were a Saleen item.

Mike no longer has any center caps, and rear spats now will only be found on a totaled 85 saleen. ... Good luck I have been trying to collect parts for the past 20 years...

Any idea how close to the originals these are? It's not really important to look exactly correct for my car, so even iff they're a little off I'd be happy.

No problem! Not really sure if the eBay parts have/feature a difference. Photo looks pretty much like what these spats are/were. Sorry I can't be of more assistance.
