During the 1990s... about $700.00
P.S. Keep in mind there are a few different kits.
1986 Kit
1987 Kit
1988 Kit
1989 Kit
1990-1993 KitLooks like you have a 1990-93 Kit.

I bought a 90-93 kit in 4/03. It costed $700. I agree with Dave - it's a 90-93 kit and if you put it on an earlier car you'll have fitment issues because of the difference in the front fenders. I know...I did it because I didn't like the 89 airdam. If I would've been smart I would have replaced the fenders to the 90-93 year and all would have been better for more than one reason.

here are the part numbers. there is no numbers on the rocker panel pieces. let me know what you gather from those numbers.
