does anyone know the 1/4 mile? 0-60? top speed of the PJ?

I was just curious being a new owner, it would be nice to know.

Motor Trend's official test figures.

0-60: 4.7 sec
1/4 mi: 13.3 @ 106.9

Unless ofcourse, if you have a SuperShaker, GT500 Fuel System, JDM Custom Tune and some other goodies times are much quicker.

i thought it was a tad quicker than that, i read somewhere that it ran a high 12 with no mods.

Jess Albright should be able to answer this question. You can send him a note to either pop into this thread or send him a PM (user Jess Albright) and report your findings.

can i still even get a supershaker?

I would imagine that you can still purchase a SuperShaker. At some point I would expect the kits to be based off the MJ/Saleen Series VI.5.

Yes you can still get the SuperShaker and the records will be updated as a PJ with the SuperShaker installed. I just purchased one last week and so did a buddy of mine.
I would recommend talking to Jim Jr at JDM engineering (1-732-780-0770) about his kits with the SuperShaker. see link below

I've been to the track twice. Both times in the middle of South Lousiana Summer... Hot and HUMID! I have a custom stainless exhaust with long tube headers and a custom tune. I'm not a track guy, like I said...been there twice with the PJ and 2-3 times with my 2nd mustang back in college in the mid-90's. With the PJ and my limited ability I ran high 12's at both outings... Just a few runs each time but it was pretty consistent.

I'm just guessing, but I think that in cool weather and a more practice, it would run mid-12's no problem... ;)

Peace!
