Q: Billet Sill Plate?
 

I've just recently purchased my first saleen, a 1997 S281, and have been systematically renovating badges and decals. Everything is now done with one exeption...

The vehicle I purchased has a billet lower sill plate with black SALEEN lettering on it (See Attached Photo). I've been unable to find the lettering for this anywhere. Was this an aftermarket addition by a previous owner or did the car ship with it? If it is indeed OE for a 1997 S281, does anyone know where to purchase the decals? I've been unable to locate them anywhere.

I think I bought mine from someone on eBay...two sets and the decals quickly wore off both. You could simply replace the decals.
