Wheel bearing failure

What are the possible causes of wheel bearing failure? Since last November I've had 4 wheel bearing failures. After the third one the shop replaced the spindle too, and it's failed again after less than a 1000 miles. My car has never been wrecked. We are talking about my n20. So what are the possibilities?

Not at all uncommon, when I had 05-002 i did it once and the next owner has already done it again. Try swapping to the svt rear brakes or find a mechanic who really know how to install and torque them.

It's a front wheel, I should have specified that.
