I'll take/post a better pic when I get home tomorrow. Basically similar to the Saleen OEM design. Comes in roughly similar location, same size hole, and gasket, but had to cut the ram air tube a few inches to clear the CAI air cleaner.
I tried a name brand hole saw made especially for cutting stainless, however, it was just shy of worthless, going slow, and plenty of cutting oil didn't help.
I picked up an HF air nibbler that kicked a$$ and took names. Really impressed with the nibbler. Made short work, the only issue was the half-moons all over the place. Even though I had the paper out covering the area, and ran a magnet and vacuum over the area I was working, I'm still finding slivers, but not many left.
Fun project.
