Sorry, they are on the truck. That could be the part they machine down, I really have no idea though.
I have to assume my rotors are at least 1/4 thick, so if it's a 1/4 off you are suggesting an alcon rotor at the hub is 1/2 inch thick?
I'm willing to bet plenty of people have called coleman over the same subject.
The two piece idea has been around for a while, but if the cost is above the $1000 alcon rotors cost, not sure if it's worth the trouble. I think in American dollars hennies setup was like nearly $2000.
Unless the rotor has serious clearance issues with the spindle, 1/4 inward isn't really that bad, you could probably just put a 1/4 spacer between the bracket and spindle.
You would likely have to be running a monster front tire for 1/4 to mess with tire clearance.
Goto the autoparts store, ask for a heavy duty 1996 corvette rotor, it's probably stocked and only like $50, that you can probably get back if you don't mess with it.
I just looked back at one of my old posts, it was a 1995 heavy duty rotor and I think the hd rotor was standard in 1996
