SALEEN owner's Handbook and Warranty supplement.
Power train components modified and/or installed by Saleen are covered by a 3 year/36,000 mile powertrain warranty. In addition, non-Saleen and/or components that are damaged as a result of the Saleen parts and/or related workmanship used in the Saleen installation or modification are also covered by the 3/36,000 mile limited powertrain warranty.
All claims on your Ford vehicle can be made to the Ford Motor Co. through any authorized Ford dealer. Saleen warrants that authorized Ford dealers Will repair, replace, or adjust parts installed or modified by Saleen and found to be defective in factory supplied materials and workmanship as set forth in the Saleen powertrain warranty. AND SO ON!!!
Looks like a SWEET deal for SALEEN. Great bed partner. My thoughts are that Saleen had it made. Supply your parts and have the power to help decide what caused the the failure. Ford supplies the parts they installed and all the labor for both parties parts installed. Ford had to go to battle over who's parts or install caused what ever, then bill Saleen for their obligation's. Saleen more than likely left owing Ford a ton not to speak of now all the warranty. My thoughts only and could be wrong.
