Recently had dealings with Kenne Bell regarding a new tuner. Didn't work properly and had to send it back to them for reprogramming. They deal via email but very responsive. They definitely stand behind their product. Worked through Saleen first. Key point when working with Saleen....PATIENCE !! They stand behind their work.
