The intercooler system & the engine cooling system aren't connected. If your losing coolant from the intercooler system & you can't find a leak. The intercooler above the supercharger might have sprung a leak. You won't see it because it'll go straight into the engine.

Validate there are no leaks from the reservoir bottle, feed/return lines or from the pump. If not, disconnect the two fluid lines running to the intercooler. Remove the SC lid. Remove the two fittings going into the intercooler. Next remove the intercooler and have it pressure tested. Make sure the o-rings on the two fittings you removed are in good shape before re-installing them. Make sure the SC gasket is fine before installing.

I have not had this happen, But I have been through all these areas several times. The system runs from the pump through the heat-exchanger up to the intercooler to reservoir bottle and back to the pump. Your water is exiting in one of those areas.

Did you ever find out the issue? Sounds like a leaking intercooler to me, or even possibly the heat exchanger. We had a client who had a pinhole leak, never saw a drop of water on the ground, destroyed his engine. You really want to get to the bottom of that.
