Default Looking for . . .

I currently have a 98 V6 Mustang Coupe . . . and when graduation rolls around in March I'm going to be looking to purchase a new car.

What I've been looking for is an SN95 Yellow S281 Convertible with yellow wheels, and black top/interior.

What I need to know -

How many of these were produced?
What were the production numbers (if clustered like #001 to #132 or whatever)?
How much do these usually go for as of now?

I'm used to Mustang wear and tear, and I'm looking for one with hopefully less than 20-25K on the odometer. Am I being unrealistic or should I broaden my options a little? I also like black, blue, and white - But I'm really looking for a vert.

Thanks guys. . . let me know if I should post over in other areas too. All the help I get is appreciated.

Mark Lamaskin @ Performanceautosport.com is your BEST resource.

Yellow w/yellow wheels was popular with the SN95's as one of Steves personal cars was that combo.

I have seen several coupes - don't know about convertibles.

My guess it will be difficult to find one.

There are some great prices out there now on SN95 SALEEN's. Don't give up, I'm sure you will find something.

Good luck!

Tony

Sweet- thanks for the heads up.

I kinda rushed into buying this Mustang, but I'm definately going to take my time and get EXACTLY what I want with this next one since I'll be driving it for more than a couple years.

I've seen a lot of Faleens with the yellow/yellow combo but I'm a purist, and I don't see the point in putting a Saleen kit on a non-saleen car. I'm not buying a fake. I'm getting the real thing. . . so I guess if it takes me awhile - so be it.

But yea, thanks for the help.
