He added a new trunk and painted it to get rid of the holes and i assume transferred over the Saleen extended trunk lip.

The paint code was available from Saleen Jess sent it to me after verifying my vin number. That was the easy part finding someone to paint it was the problem. Many paint shops just said they were too busy or to (try)

The SMS Twilight Top is the same as the Saleen Scenic Roof. I've spoken to SMS Superparts to do an install on my PJ.

Hi Mike. If I decide to have the top installed, the car will be going to Corona California to sit among the 570s and 460s. Vehicle might gain an SMS Watts-Link upgrade as well.

Sweet setup! Is that an '08 grill on your '06 or did you apply that chrome strip yourself?

my mechanic did it for me, said it wasnt too hard, if you currently have the black SC trim over your windows now, you will have alot of cleanup of the black adhesive they used to hold them on..

3m window weld adhesive is whats used to hold them in.

the prices of them now make me sick, as i got mine way back at the end of 06 and paid nearly 300 dollars for them

As far as the color Alloy it is not a Ford color so I don't know if it from Ford as a different color or Saleen specific. I do know that my 91 5.0 is a Titanium Alloy and the color is pretty close to my RF Alloy. The RF is about two shades darker, which makes it look black.

Very nice, I love that top, we drove Steve's 05 last time we were in CA he had the glass top. Felt like you were in a rag top without the wind.

Very Nice!

Question,
I have the bra and haven't been able to make it fit?
How do you do it?

Thanks Greg, sounds like fun driving Steves Saleen around how did you do that one... LOL. I found out that Tom Cruise drove mine for a week to see if he wanted the Scenic roof in his he was going to order. cool

On the bra , you have to cut out slots in the inter fenders next to the metal lip so you can stick the bra's extensions into to hold it on, then fasten all the others where they line up.
