On the bra , you have to cut out slots in the inter fenders next to the metal lip so you can stick the bra's extensions into to hold it on, then fasten all the others where they line up.
Thanks a bunch man. The instructions weren't that specific.

I absolutely LOVE the Alloy color! I wanted my 2011 in that color but they discontinued it, dammit!

Hop on Craigslist. There are some decent areas close by but traffic isnt too bad if you want to look farther away. Since you're single...a one-two BR will run between $1000-$1300mth. BAH is nice here...a little less than Hueneme I think. E5 w/o dependents is $1653mth

Default Alloy Clearcoat

Alloy Clearcoat is a Ford color. It was first used on the 07 model year cars and has since been discontinued. My #07-0015 was the first S281 produced in the color. It is an interesting color as depending on the lighting it seems to change looks. I've seen it look everything from very metallic with lots of sparkle to almost flat depending on light. The pic with Steve signing gives a bit of an idea of the metallic while the other pic shows my alloy car next to a tungsten car.

As far as the color Alloy it is not a Ford color so I don't know if it from Ford as a different color or Saleen specific. I do know that my 91 5.0 is a Titanium Alloy and the color is pretty close to my RF Alloy. The RF is about two shades darker, which makes it look black.

The Alloy metallic that came through for Ford is a completely different shade, almost like a gray. That was the reason I said I don't think it was a Ford color, what I meant was the actual color not the name. When I had ordered my 05 GT in 04 I actually looked for a color that was close to my 91 which is the titanium. I did the same thing in 06 when I got my first Saleen. If you put an Alloy Ford Mustang next to the Saleen Alloy they are two different colors. The reason I am saying that is because I did at the dealership when I bought my 08. The dealer had an 08 "Alloy" GT on the lot at the time and the "Alloy" actually looked gray next to mine. That was also why I had said it might be a Ford color with a different name and Saleen might have called it Alloy. The tungsten is actually closer, but still too light.

The same color code from Ford Motor Company can have multiple mix codes to match the shade for when the vehicle was produced. IE: Not all Alloy Mustangs are the same shade, not all Torch Red Mustangs are the same shade, etc etc. The batch of Alloy bodies that are painted at the same time before production are the closest to being the same color.

My recently cleaned PJ with 6XX.X miles on the odometer.

Began with a thorough cleaning with MOTHERS® California Gold® Clay Bar System and topped the newly smoothed paint using their FX SynWax®.

Went to check out this old bridge they are rebuilding near my house the other night and couldn't resist taking a few pictures. Went back a couple of nights later to try and retake the pictures and be more aware of background (poles, trees, construction stuff, etc.) and the decking on the bridge was gone.

I liked the picture so much I added it to my signature...

Dave; Agree on the Mothers Shine! After I used the clay bar product my car buds could not believe the finish. I also used the SynWax just last week and took a class award at the Ford World Headquarters show (over 350 cars). My car like yours has limited mileage/exposure to the environment. I can only imagine what the difference would have been on a daily driver! I will post a pic soon. My vote goes to Mothers products hands down.

Cool effect in those pictures. Were those professionally done?

Unless shows are officially judged, there is usually no rhyme or reason for who places.

What brand "Side Scoops" are those. They are by far the nicest ones I've seen.

Yes, I see you have Splitter; the diffuser would really finish your back end off, and would go well w/ your color scheme and black 7 Spokes...

It's not a "real" Saleen but the super charger and suspension was done at the Troy plant back in 2007 and the Shaker and stripes are done a the "new" Saleen plant Alternative Automotive Technologies a few month ago. Photos were just take at the Ford Employee car show in Dearborn.
