Default 2000 Saleen 281SC supercharger

MY 2000 Saleen 281SC. has a supercharger, and on the back of the supercharger is a type of "vacuum tree" assembly, and there are rubber vacuum plugs on some of the outlets. but are gone on a couple of them, are they all plugged? and if not what ones should be plugged? I replaced one when I was having trouble with rpm at about 1800 to 2300. If anybody knows the answer please contact me, I would greatly appreciate,Thankyou
