Default Q: Saleen vented hood variation?

Did saleen ever use a different style hood on some of their sn95 cars....aside from the stock hood and the heat extractor hood, maybe one that looks like the cobra hoods except the nostrils are wider and more flat....?

Got pictures?

While the original Saleen Cobra's were being built, I was told Steve was not a fan of the 96-98 Cobra hood..

there was stock, heat extractor and the later model sr heat extractor with the really big openings.
saleen cobras came standard with the heat extractor hood.

Steve was not a fan because Ford ripped off the hood design from his 1994 S351 concept drawings.

Where is that at? That IS the Phil Frank original concept rendering hood. Wow! Better nab that one up if you can. It was never put into production as far as I know but one (the concept hood, may have snuck out). Cool stuff!
