Saleen Chapter 11??

I stopped by the Phoenix Saleen dealer the other day to take a look around. They had no Saleen's, no Saleen goodies, and said that the company was filing chapter 11. Has anyone heard this (or am I the only one that didn't know about it :( )? The dealer said it was because Saleen put so much into the S7 and sales were not what they expected. I guess someone didn't do their break-even analysis homework.

I sure hope this isn't the case! If it is, ayone know what the outlook is for the company?
