Default Saleen Playboy advertisement.

heres an odd one. The first time i saw the sn95 model saleen was in a playboy magazine while in college. (NOoo! Dont go there!! it really was my friends playboy issue, No really it was!! LOL)
Anyways, it was the Feburary 1996 issue with leslie nealson cover (Airplane Fame)

Does anyone have that advertisement.

the add was of an s351 speedster red, with the stereotypical blond couple parked at a pier i think.

Days after seeing that pic i learned Sarasota Ford what Saleen's largest volume Saleen dealer on the east coast, just 3 miles from the old college.
Needless to say it all led to my very first car.. Saleen s281 Speedster. the wait was long but well worth it.

Red face

That i dont recall, i was more interested in the car than the chick.

Interestingly enough.. One of my classmate's was a playmate in April 1996 issue.

Nope no lie..

I thought she had a cute face but was too skinny for my taste.
Trust me when i say they get a whole lot more out of those photos and photoshoping and makeup than what most of those girls really have.

I think Dave still has my copy I will look this weekend. If I remember it correctly it is the car on pier in CA with a bunny in a red short dress she is not showing anything. If you really want to see something revealy find an x rated movie called Hard Days in LA one of the budget cars is featured.

I literally just did the same thing, I went out to the shop to see if it was in the box on the shelf, and it was.

YEAH!!! THATS IT!!! sorry i was gone for a while, didnt check my old posts! THANKS GUYS!!!!

That was the first advertisement id'e seen of a saleen since the older fox body, when i was in college. I had already planned to live off campus and get my very first car which my heart was set on a cobra with the new 4.6L.
while visiting a friend still gagging to death after accepting an insanity sauce challenge, BTW HILLARIOUS!! I grabbed a playboy sitting on the computer and came across the saleen ad. I WAS BBBLLOOWWNNN away, Saleen took a humble mustang and turned it into an exotic. and to make matters better they were selling tons of em just a mile away at sarasota ford!!. After a visit, seeing the brand new s281's s351's SR's and SR widebody 'over 510hp out the showroom!" I was hooked. Yet still wanted the cobra's engine. originally i wanted to make a clone from the cobra (the s281 cobra's were not out just yet) , but after consideration I purchased the s281 speedster in white w black trim. Needless to say, great times were to follow (and some terribly bad now that i thing about it.) never the less, i always wanted to find that Ad, that got me hooked in the first place. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Great minds think alike, and there is nothing dirty about a naked chick, unless she fell in some mud. Any guy out there that will tell you he doesn't want to see a hot naked chick is lying.
