All this is good, Afco heatexchanger, waterwetter, but dont forget to get a good radiator, Fluidyne is what im running with Leathal Performance 160 degree thermo.... it know runs at 160 instead of 185. You do have to have it tuned for the running at lower temp.

(You will have to re-route the 2 attaching hoses and they dont come with the heat exchanger. Its easy though; you just need two 3/4" 90 degree hoses for the pump side and one 3/4"straight hose for the other side)

All in all, the install is very easy to do. Everything is very straight forward and once you pull the front bumper off the install takes less than an hour! The best part is that your SC will run much cooler now...oh and your Saleen will look a lot more aggressive coming up behind someone
Here is some pics of my installation this afternoon (no particular order):

Any worry about pushing that water up thru the exchanger instead of it coming in thru the top?

No, it should be fine. Just keep an eye on the flow rate. If it drops, its time to upgrade the pump. The stock pumps can keep up usually on the Non-fanned unit.

Examples (for demonstration) of the AFCO core sizes:

Stock HE 1 gallon
AFCO HE 2 gallons 208" of surface
AFCO PRO HE 3 gallons 318" surface

Thanks to reassure me!

Jason it looks like you never get my emails. Everytime I want to order a new part I begin by asking you, but I get no feedback so I end up buying somewhere else...not good for your business. I think I'm not the only one in this situation. Maybe you should have a look at your email configuration.

erdoc, the reason I asked is that the way you have it hooked up, you are pushing the water from the bottom up thru the heat exchanger. I have mine hooked up the other way. I am seeing really good flow. But I guess it doesnt matter. Like Jason said keep an eye on the flow and if you see issues, get the more psi pump. Another idea too. I went ahead and added an 7.5 Spal fan and it pulls air really nicely. The fans are pretty inexpensive too.
Have had the same issues with Jasons email account. I talked to him he is having some problems but is working on it.

You couldn't be more correct about my email. I'm not sure when you emailed me last, but I recently changed over to a Gmail account and that helped a lot. The motherboard in my pc fried a few weeks ago so we had to reinstall outlook and such, so outlook has been throwing a ton of my emails in the spam filter, not good either during the interim.

But please give me a call if you need something. Between all the emails from vendors, tech questions, my staff emailing me, customers emailing me, solicitations, spam....1 email in about 300 a day can easily get lost. I tried something suggested to me a while back, that is everyone who has emailed me more than once gets a folder and all their emails sort to those folders so I can easily help customers first...it helps but isn't always the fastest.

My humble advise, if you haven't heard back within a day, give me a call. I answer emails all hours of the day to attempt to stay current. So if you didn't get a response, I most likely didn't get your email.

Thanks for considering us so many times for your business, I will find a way to earn that again and make up our short fall to you.

I would also be interested in pics of your installation. Especially how you installed the Spal fan. Do you have a link you can provide for the one you bought?
