Default Pulley question

My upper pulley on my 1995 S351 is a 3in and the engine is putting out 7.5 psi. My question is to get between 10-12 psi what size pulley do I need and is the stock pulley a 8 rib pulley. Thanks

2.95 I think, and what is the crank pulley size?

Crank size is 7in. All stock, as far as I can tell.

If you have the 2.95 already, (close to 3"), i would think 2.80 or 2.70. You could also change to the 8" crank pulley. I would call Vortech, they should be able to direct you in the right direction.

I want to say the stock blower pulley on a S351 is a 3.33". I checked mine and thats what it measured and I see about 7.5 psi too. Now if the crank pulley is the same as the old 5.0 kits, I believe its a 7.5" crank pulley. I too would like to put a smaller pulley on to reach 10 or so psi. I think a 2.95-3.00 would do this. Vortech makes a ultra grip 3.00 and I think Im going to try that when Im ready to turn up the wick a little. Im pretty sure I should get new tires first, I cant hook up with it in stock form much less more power.

I def think you would be close. In regards to more power, I dont think most street tires can handle, but if you are using a specific tire for an event, you will appreciate the extra punch.

The S351 is my favorite Saleen. Maybe one day I could add one to my stable
