Default Q: What Saleen spoiler do I have?

I bought this Saleen spoiler (pic attached) assuming that it would fit my 02 GT and utilize the same trunk holes from the other spoiler. Turns out I was wrong and I've tried to do a little research but can't seem to get a solid answer as to which one I have and which one will actually fit my car.

I believe it’s a 99-00 , not sure if they used the existing holes from s stock spoiler.

Default 99 00 spoiler

Hey...yes there are 2 fitments for this style wing...the 99-00 and the 01-04. The 99-00 is a two bolt design and the 01-04 is a 4 bolt design if I believe. Nonetheless, the bolt holes are in different locations on the decklid (trunk) for 99-00 and 01-04. You can make it work may have to drill new holes. But yeah judging from pics that is a 99-00 fitment as those 2 arm looking things are longer on the 99-00.

As stated... that is a 1999-2000 wing.

When Ford changed the GT wing design and mounting in 2001, Saleen updated the mounting of their wing as well. The 2001 Saleen wing is a one model year design.

In 2002, Saleen changed the design and added side burns that were mounted to the quarter panels.

The 1999-2001 style wings sometimes rubbed the paint off the quarter panels.

In 2004, for the most part Saleen used the top mount Extreme wing as standard equipment on S281 conversions.
