Default Help: Failed emissions, Long tube headers

I just got a mostly stock 08 Saleen redflag with American racing long tubes and xpipe. I got it in PA and I live in NY . I drove it like 800 miles and went to inspect it and all the monitors where turned off and I failed inspection. Then the other day I got a p0153 and p0133 code. I know it's probably from the 02 sensors not heating up quick enough. Is there anything I can do to fix this. It drives fine to.

If your rear 02 sensors/monitors are turned off, you will fail the OBDII emissions test and encounter a failure code stating catalyst not ready..

Therefore if the rear 02's are still turned off, you will need to have your tuner e-mail you a revised tune with the 02 sensors being turned on..
