Q: GT 500 intercooler? - 2006 S281 SC
Buddy of mine has has his stock 09 gt 500 intercooler he thinks it would work good in my Saleen has any body done this? And would it even do any good? 06 Saleen sc281

you'd be better off with a 2013 GT500 Heat exchanger. I'm not sure there will be much difference in the 2009 and the Saleen unit. I'm running a Steeda triple pass and a 2013 GT500 pump, keeps things nice and cool.

2007-09 might be the same size as the Saleen. 2010-12 were a little bigger and as tbrock mentioned 2013-14 are massive.

Thanks guys yeah I haven't seen the one he took off, I was wondering how different they would be. Any recommendations on an aftermarket intercooler? Brand type etc.
