Exclamation Help: 2014 Yellow Label idle & stall?

I am noticing that once I start my car I need to let it run for a little before backing up or the idle gets so low the car shuts down. .. . same if I do not give it enough gas after coming to a stop and then starting out once again

This isn't happening ALL the TIME... but enough for me to think that something isn't right?

anyone else having these issues or does anyone know what might be causing this?

*93 octane here in CT* Temps now getting to the 75/85*

You really should take as many notes as possible when it happens. Temp, fuel level, does it do it when the engine is hot?, cold?, only after getting fuel, near full fuel tank, empty tank, etc. The dealership will have a better chance of diagnosing the issue with the more facts you can give them.

SPOKE TO MIKE @ KENNE BELL - per Mike.. it has do with with some sorta of California Emissions Cold Start - He said you might also notice some hesitation between shifts ( which I confirmed ) - it has to do with fire up and getting the cats to come on and the PCM getting confused as to "what to do with this fuel" as you put more miles on the car the PCM will "Adjust" there was a term he used that for the system management will LEARN itself on its own and this will go away. IF the battery has ever reset the system, you will need to start all over again. This is just a matter of putting miles on the car and the system learning itself.

Road trip time, sounds like a great reason to put a thousand miles of "learning" in

agreed!!!
since I have followed Mike's advice to please let the car warn a bit so the cats kick in... I've had zero issues - I think I put 200 more miles on her last week

as it turns out, it was all battery related.. car needed a jump this weekend, then wouldn't hold a charge, got her back from the dealer today, confirmed - Battery replaced and the idle is now.. PERFECT

Default Cold start

My car does the die too, if i try to move it too soon after starting, let it warm up a few minutes and it runs fine.
