New Saleen owner: 02-0168 S281
I recentley bought my first Saleen ever! This will make my 29th mustang that ive owned. I currently have a whipple sonic blue 03 cobra coupe and i ran into this deal on the saleen and couldnt pass it up. Its number 02-168. Upon some research i noticed the prior owner had an account on here too but i bought the car from his ex wife. Their problems are not mine but it lead me to owning this fun car. Its an N/A saleen but its 1 of 10 in this color combo w the options. Also i have the certificate of authenticity to prove that. Im real excited to have this car and just wanted to share. If i can figure out how to post pics i will but i believe i got it as my profile pic! Great to be on here guys!

Ah very nice! That hood flows well with the shape of the car.

I also fixed the clutch problems too. I put a new adjustable clutch cable, aluminum quadrant, and firewall adjuster on it. Also fixed the broken driver seat power seat switch. Next up is the new rear control arms. They're worn out and need to be replaced cause i can feel the rear end sway during clutch engagement. No problem. Ive had over 30 mustangs. Easy fix. Its still a fun car even being NA I still think this car has great potential. |
