Q's: 39lb injectors & headers?

has anyone ever used the 39lb injectors and maf from a 03 cobra on a 281sc? I have a local guy willing to swap for my stock 30. I know I will need adapters, but are there any other issues? Maf plug right in? I have bigger fuel pump, afco intercooler, and looking to go to 2.66 pulley. Also I have read a ton of posts about headers, is it worth it for the little bit of gain? My tuner feels they are not, and from what I am seeing I kind of agree
