Default HELP: PJ Spark Plug Removal

Hi Folks,
Aussie Parnelli once told me to tend to your spark plugs in the PJ engine before too long or you will not get them out!!. Looks like thats a problem is on most all 4.6L Ford aluminum heads. He told me to remove them, add anti-seize to the threads and reinstall them.

Well, I went to do that this weekend on PJ#25. I got a whopping 8600 miles on her and, guess what, I could not break the #1 plug loose. I'm assuming the rest are in the same shape. I don't want to put too much force on it and risk breaking it. The engine was cold.

Tony or anyone have fool-proof tips for safely removing these plugs? And can you confirm the correct socket size?

Thanks
Chris
