Unhappy Help: Spark Plug Change Disaster - 2005 S281 SC

Hello All,,I have an original 2005 SC281...I had my plugs changed at 15,000 miles and all went well...Now I changed my plugs at 33,000 miles..Its crazy but after changing the plugs with Autolite HTO gapped at .32,,,I have a misfire in multiple cylinders...The car reacts as if I have a tank of regular gas with water in it...Thats the best way to describe...I tried changing the coils with MSD..Still running horribly...Has anyone experienced this problem.???? Any advice would be greatly appreciated....Thanks
