Looks cool Ben!

I still think the parts program should consider a "transition package" or a few select performance & styling parts for the S197 Mustangs/ Saleens. Given the amount of Saleens produced during the S197 era.

Some style of butterfly hood and maybe a new exhaust design with a new matching "SMS" logo rear bumper cover.

I don't believe the Techco hood was popular, though. The side vents on the 460 concept version looks neat.

Anyway... Does Ben have center caps too? I can't tell.

I'd say the Techco hood wasn't popular because of price, for one, and secondly, because the mainstream mustang modifying community never seen it much. I think the hood was awesome.

True, very true.

Resources are limited, I'm sure, but once things get moving I might think there could be a market in accessories and performance parts for the 2005-2009 Mustangs & Saleens... just going by the amount that were produced.

Those that are not craving originality might like a touch of SMS on their 281 or a way to experience some aspect of a 460 on a paid-off 3-Valve.

It's still a tight economy and performance parts could help gain name recognition on a street level.

Maybe an SMS-25/Techco hood in CF instead of a composite.

Im sure it will. They got it to fit on the dark horse and it looks great. Not sure if there was any modifications done. BMR makes a K-member that raises the engine a little which could work also.
