Default Q: Fuel Pressure Sensor Vacuum Line?

On my 2001 S281SC, there is a vacuum line going from the fuel pressure sensor, located on the middle of the driver's side fuel rail, to the back of the engine somewhere. It is also T'd off to the supercharger vacuum boost valve.
Does anyone know where the line goes that goes behind the engine?

My problem--I had the supercharger rebuilt and ported. But after the engine warms up, I get a loud wine, and the fuel pressure goes from its normal 30psi to over 40psi.

I probably didn't put something back on correctly, so am just trying to troubleshoot different areas. And since the fuel pressure increases, I'm looking into that area.
