Default Help: Hot engine miss - 2000 S281 SC

When I first start it, it idles fine, but as it warms up the miss is more noticible, and at about 1800 to 2300 rpm's its missing too, like if I hold it at 2000 rpm and go up a hill or incline, it will miss to the point I'll give it gas to change the rpm and it go's away under acceleration, but I can't come up to a stop light without having to feather the throttle to keep it at an idle, any help would be appreciated ?
