Default Saleen Brake pads/slotted and drilled rotors/calipers

Hello everyone, I own a 2000 s281 S/C.
I am looking for brake pads, rotors, and calipers that would fit my Saleen. I have asked around and some people say that the Saleen is vehicle specific and others say that any GT model brake setup will work. I was looking to you Saleen owners for some advice. If you have any links to some brake setups that would be great. Also if you could tell me if the GT brake setup will actually work with the Saleen? Thanks everyone

Default front brakes

Hello. Depending on what set up you have. If your brakes were never upgraded by Saleen or aftermarket for that matter, you would have the stock gt brakes for that year. If you can post a picture, most here can let you know what type of brakes you have, upgraded or stock gt. I am actually thinking of downgrading to brembos, or cobras, or even stock GT brakes as the Alcon rotors are not available at this time for my car. Good Luck.

Bang for your buck I would go with these:

These are the same ones that Saleen used from Brembo.

But, easy answer...get a kit with calipers, rotors, pads together made for the 99-04 (94-04) mustang you will be fine.
