Default Q's: S281 Cobra info needed & Saleen Mustangs in general?

Basically my two questions are based on the development process of saleens.
Did all 99-04 saleens start off as gt mustangs that were sent bone stock to saleen and they turned into saleens from their?

2nd question goes for the development process of real 03-04 cobra saleens? Where those cars gt that were given the cobra engine, trans, and saleen graphics and body kit at saleen headquarters, or were they bone stock 03-04 cobras that were taken to saleen and had the graphics and body kit added their?

1999-00 S351 models were V6 based. The standard 1999-2004 S281, S281 Supercharged and S281 Extreme were Mustang GT based.

The S281 Cobra models were based on the SVT Cobra from Ford Motor Company. These were typically special ordered cars dropped-shipped from the factory or sourced from dealer inventory and sent to Saleen as new cars for conversion.
