Wanted - 06 Saleen Brakes Upgrade

I am still in the market to possible purchase a saleen brake upgrade kit. Anyone have any deals they have seen out there?

There are ALOT of deals out there... $900 for a BRAND NEW 14" brake kit which Saleen was selling for $1800 less than 2 years ago is a pretty kick *** deal IMO.

If you're strapped for cash. Wait. Buy when you're ready to buy.

The bargain item would be the GT 500 Brembos. Pull the white "Brembo" sticker off, buy two service "Saleen" caliper decals (or have your own die cut decals made) and go to town.

If need be... recoat the calipers if the finish is so-so... or change the color to whatever you would like.

If you feel $900.00 is too much right now, wait. Your car stops. Unless you plan on doing 100+ on a regular basis... I don't see the hurry.

No rush... 1 out of 10 people know what a StopTech caliper looks like, if you're worried about missing out on a Saleen OE item.

Go play with Sponge Bob, take a deep breath.

I just sold a set of Brembos off a GT500 with less than 4000 miles for $700... they look PERFECT and the owner is going to have us paint them red
