SMS Supercars Extends Warranty Support to Loyal Customers

Before going to a dealer, you will want to send an e-mail to
warranty@smssupercars.com with your name and a phone number.
You will generally get an e-mail reply within the next business day, and that e-mail will be followed with a description of the process and a claim form attached that you will complete and submit online (be sure you save the form before submitting).
The claim form is reviewed, generally within 1-3 business days, and if approved, you'll be issued a claim number.
You will then be asked to call the service advisor at the Ford dealer of your choice, and with that information they will contact SMS warranty to coordinate and authorize repairs.
