GREAT NEWS! Gach is quite the guy to help out Mark M like that. Can't wait for July! Just stay away from the 38 yr old, 6'11', 300 pound green target on the track!

Woohoo, can't wait! Should be a blast as always!!

Anyone who wants a good breakfast Sunday morning before heading back, they should check out our restaurant. Boychik's Deli, located about 15 away from the new PAS location. It may also be a good location for hotels, as there are 5 in the shopping center and across. (if you need help with that Greg, let me know--I know someome at the Hilton Garden there) This is is in Innsbrook Shopping center at Broad St & Cox Rd.

I hope more come out to play this year too, not sure how many I will bring depends on how many drives show up at my door. For now I have Rick L and Culter at the wheels.

Chris said he wants to wear his cut out chaps with his bunny suit.

I guess Chris in a bunny suit is a Lady in a bunny suit  The extra layer will help prevent road rash when he eats pavement. If his cart can move this is, we should let him take off the restrictor so Chris can keep up he does have extra weight to move

It is going to be a blast hope you can make it.

Great choices for people coming from out of town.

There is also Kings Dominion, an amusement park like Busch Gardens, but it is not as clean. It is probably 30-45 from Marks shop.

Anyone like to cruise up to PAS with me on the 9th of July for their Open House? Please reply or PM if you want to cruise up.

I plan on meeting up at Bass Pro Shop parking lot in Hampton, VA at 7:30-8:00 am then cruise at 8:00. We will be stopping at the rest stop before the I64-I264 split to pick up others if people want to meet there and a short break if needed.

I guess there must not be any Saleens in the Hampton Roads area that want to cruise up to PAS for one of the largest Saleen gathering on the east coast. It is free, what is better then that? Come join us and lets make it a day to remember.

I/we have no club affiliation.

Dave you are correct, Mark does not choose sides in the club thing. SCOA was going to promote it as a regional event not sure if that happened. Like with any show I dont care what club the owners and cars come from as long as the come out and play nice. Because we are all in this for the same thing enjoy the cars promote the hobby and hang out with other who share our interest.

+1 marks event is for both clubs its about the cars and making friends...even as editor of the saleen magazine everymonth my hope is that it will become a magazine that both saleen clubs can be proud of so that what we can show the car world how great these cars and saleen guys are

Tim, Thanks for posting, it was a good time they had about 150 cars on display all day long, some would go and new ones would fill in. The go karts were a blast. We now know why Chris does not drive his cars, we about blew up the trans on his auto cobalt when he missed a shift. How do you miss a shift in an auto? Not to mention Wendi Falk pulled a better time then him and both days he came in last. All in all it was a nice weekend got to catch up with some old friends meet up with some on line friends and make some new ones. Tiny AKA Rob Cutler good to see you again and safe trip home. For those who missed the fun second weekend in July 2012

Who owns the Silver S302?

It appears to possibly be Jess Albright's corporate demo, 10-0007. This vehicle is a 2010 S281 S/C. I think he has the new Series VI intake and rear wing.

Vehicle was displayed and photographed a bit when it was stock and had chrome wheels.

560hp@8400rpm if I remeber correctly on the Ferrari. There were many cars there with more hp but the sound of that at those rpm's was simply COOL. And Dave is correct that is Jess's 10-07 that now sports different wheels, sc, and a cool carbon fiber rear wing. Had an opportunity to take it for a spin....WOW. Really nice car and nicer guy! Thanks Jess, sorry Guchi took you in the hamster powered cobalt rent a racer LOL.
