interior driver door trim panel insert
 

Hi everyone uncovered my PJ the other day taking it out
of winter storage.I noticed the insert on the driver door
trim panel is coming loose where it tucks under the surround
portion of the trim panel.I tucked it back in but it came back
out.Has anyone else encountered this problem? I don't know
if trim adhesive would secure the material where it tucks under
the area of the trim panel that envelopes around the insert.
Any advice appreciated
