Seeking: Saleen / Recaro seats?
 

I'm looking for the recaro seats that belong to new edge saleen mustangs.

Hi.

The seats you're looking for are the Recaro "Trend" series seats. Saleen used the Trend series from 1998-02 (with a few 2003).

With the Saleen / Recaro Trend seats... the 1998 edition is unique since these are covered in black material with the 1988-98 era Saleen branding embroidered into the material.

The 1999-02 Saleen / Recaro Trend seats were covered in charcoal material and feature the new(er) 1999-Present Saleen branding branding embroidered into the material.

Recaro no longer produces the Trend series of seats.

Appreciate the info, sucks I can't get those unless I stumble across some used ones but the chances of that happening are probably next to nothing

The chances are actually pretty good for finding the seats themselves. You may have to recover and embroider them. Join the Recaro FB groups

Yes, they come up from time to time, but as you are looking so are others. A full vert set sold out here in LA just about over a week ago on OfferUp. The Ad was active for about 2 hours then marked as sold. Asking was $2500, so I bet the seller got that or near asking. Best practice is to check the seller apps often almost religiously to find and buy a set. Good luck with the search hope you find some.
