First things first, I do have the heat exchanger in stock for your S331. Unfortunately, as of Monday we had to take down our Ebay store because of a cease and desist by Mr Steve Saleen. I understand your frustration with their lack of customer service, let it be known that you are not the only one. Actually on a daily basis I get multiple calls asking why they never call customers back.
