Congrats on the new Saleen, she looks amazing! It's great that you were able to find such an original example, that's what everyone wants. If I was you I would keep the tri-colored stripes, as opposed to switching to the later style. Personally I think they look a lot better, and they are correct for the car. I would also keep the mesh wheels (if it was me), but switching wheels is easily reversible so that one isn't as critical as the graphics.
In the end you have to do what makes you happy, I'm just a fan of keeping these cars original (especially if the change isn't easily reversible). Keep us posted on what you do and have fun with the new car. It really is amazing...and I'm jealous!
