Looks like it’s been sitting awhile from the witness marks on the tires.
There was a black car bought out of LA a few years back with similar damage. Someone will remember what car it was. I ‘feel’ this is a different car though. Seems like your car was probably a decent machine before whatever happened.
I’m currently looking for a rolling chassis if you don’t end up building it.
