Saleen left a lot of creditors hanging also. I have supplied engineering services and parts to Saleen for the last 2-years or so. Always a struggle to get payed. They are currently into me for thousands of dollars with no recourse to receive payment. After no response to numerous emails and voice messages left over the past 4-months, finally this past Friday, I reached one of the lawyers. She informed me Saleen is closing down and I will not be receiving payment. At that time I requested my parts to be returned, at which time she informed me all items have been sold. Now, not only have they refused to pay, but they have sold off components owned by me, to cover their dept with other creditors. How can a company be allowed to sell off parts they don't own due to non payment, and it not be considered theft. This really sucks.
