mine doesn't have one either....

Believe or not after my posted a picture of my Focus on social media the original owner said he said he still had some of the original parts he took off the car (Don't ask me why) and one of the parts was the console plate. He said he used to work for Saleen and there was a whole box of the console plates and he looked through them until he found the one for the 2004 #29 Focus. Why they were not included with the cars I do not know but I have the one for mine know.
