Cheapest replacement suspension
I just bought a 2005 Saleen Focus and it needs struts bad but I'm very short of money right now. What's my cheapest route here? I'm a newbie when it comes to this particular car. Will the suspension for a different model focus fit? If so what model exactly? Thanks in advance!

You can most likely use anything you want that is a stock replacement.
With that said, they look to be factory style coil over struts. Meaning, it would be a pain to do it twice. I'd scrape together a couple bucks and use a set of bilsteins, even if that means waiting a few weeks or doing the front and back at different times.

I apologise again I'm such a newb. I plan to put a full eibach setup on it in the future I'm just strapped for cash at the moment and this has to be my daily driver!
