I was in California on vacation a couple weeks ago. We were driving up Route 1 from LA to SF around the time of that auction. I was trying to convince the wife to sell our house so we could bid on that S7; but she just wouldn't go for it.

I may be wrong but looks like it sold for 620k? Not 682k. Anyways man that would be the best one to own..

The only crashed orange TT I am aware of is the one owned by the junk bonds' guy that help with the 2008 housing crash of 2008. The wana-be movie producer that made a feature film titled "Red Line."
A different orange TT was owned by an HPA / Saleen Inc executive... Mr. Kevin. This car was sold when Saleen Inc went under. There's also a modified orange TT with a revised turbo system.
